A few things to keep in mind:
- ‘Office Friendly’ means the post contains break content that members would likely feel comfortable taking part in while at their desk when surrounded by co-workers. Meaning the break doesn’t call for movement, getting out of the chair or speaking aloud if they so choose.
- By taking live and on-demand breaks, all Bright Breaks members are entered in our Weekly Draw for a chance to win gift card prizes directly from Bright Breaks, this is called out in every post.
- Download a PDF with live links to complement your promo communications.
ℹ️ Special Announcement #
The Bright Breaks Weekly Draw is being discontinued, the last week being February 23 – 28th, 2026. Since we’ve launched this initiative 3.5 years ago, our member and customer base has evolved. It’s become clear that a few gift cards that hundreds of members have a chance to win doesn’t have the same impact it once did.
In it’s place, a leaderboard just for your organization, tracking on a monthly basis is here!
As champions you’re welcome to apply your own incentives and determine winners manually. Need hassle-free prizes? You can purchase gift cards from Bright Breaks here. Your feedback on the monthly leaderboard is welcome, please provide it here for our product team to receive directly.
Script #
Here is a script to use to announce the change within your organization – Bright Breaks will also be communicating this information in the weekly email to members:
New: <Your Org Name> Monthly Bright Breaks Leaderboard!
The weekly draw on Bright Breaks for all members will conclude the last week of February. Congratulations to our team members who won gift cards from Bright Breaks in the past for taking breaks: <check the Challenges tab of your leaderboard for this information>
While Bright Breaks is no longer distributing gift cards, we now have our own monthly leaderboard to celebrate our colleagues taking time for well-being. If you haven’t seen the new leaderboard yet, check it out here.
