Congratulations on becoming a Bright Breaks Advocate! 🎉
You’ve been chosen to help bring wellness to life in your organization — and we’re so glad to have you involved. As an Advocate, you play a key role in boosting engagement and encouraging your teammates to take meaningful breaks throughout the day.
This article will walk you through what your role means and how to get started.
What is an Advocate? #
Advocates are team members who’ve been given access to run challenges and quests for a specific group within their organization — sometimes even the whole company. It’s a great way to share the workload and help create a culture of well-being from the ground up.

What Can I Do as an Advocate? #
As an Advocate, you can:
- Launch wellness challenges and quests for the people assigned to you
- Access promotional materials to help you communicate your challenge internally
- Track participation through downloadable reports and live leaderboards
✨ Note: Prizing is managed by your organization. If you’re unsure what’s available, check in with the person who assigned you as an Advocate.
Why This Role Matters #
When employees take regular breaks, they’re more focused, energized, and resilient. As an Advocate, you have the tools to make that happen — and the impact you’ll make can ripple across your whole team.
