A few things to keep in mind:
- ‘Office Friendly’ means the post contains break content that members would likely feel comfortable taking part in while at their desk when surrounded by co-workers. Meaning the break doesn’t call for movement, getting out of the chair or speaking aloud if they so choose.

Correct posture is important for our long term joint and mobility health. Sitting at a desk all day poses it’s own posture challenges which is why it’s an excellent focus during Employee Wellness Month!
