🧭 Activity Tab Overview #
The Activity tab gives you a comprehensive snapshot of how your organization is engaging with Bright Breaks. From high-level participation numbers to detailed month-over-month breakdowns, this tab is your go-to resource for tracking engagement and measuring impact. Here’s what you’ll find:
✅ Participation Summary #
- Draws & Challenges Participation
Get a quick count of how many people have engaged in challenges and quests, including Bright Breaks weekly draws. - Sign Ups:
This stat shows how many eligible employees—anyone listed in the Members tab with an unblocked email—have actively signed up for a Bright Breaks account. - Member Engagement:
See how many of your signed-up members have actively taken part in a break or challenge. - Recent Overall Engagement (Last 90 Days):
This stat shows how many people from your organization—including the ones who haven’t created their Bright Breaks account yet—have taken a break or joined a challenge.
- Break Minutes:
Total time members of your organization have spent in both Live and On-Demand breaks. - Breaks Taken:
Total number of breaks completed by members of your organization. - Steps Taken (For organizations with access to Step Challenges):
Total number of steps recorded by members of your organization during step challenges. - Social Minutes:
Total number of minutes members of your organization have spent together in breaks. For example, two people joining a 10-minute break = 20 social minutes. - Break Ratings:
Participants can rate breaks taken from 1 to 5 stars. Use this metric to monitor overall satisfaction with your wellness program. - Breaks Booked By Category:
Visual breakdown of booked breaks by type: Stretch, Move, Breathe, Eat Well, Learn.
🧩 Activity Breakdown #
Dive deeper into your organization’s wellness engagement by exploring detailed month-over-month trends and metrics, helping you identify patterns and areas for growth. Key insights include:
- Number of breaks taken
- Minutes spent in breaks
- Number of participants
- Steps taken (for organizations with access to Step Challenges)
If your organization uses user provisioning, you could also segment member engagement by country, region, department, and other available attributes, depending on your setup.
🏆 Challenges Tab Overview #
The Challenges tab is your central place to create, manage, and review all employee wellness challenges within Bright Breaks. Here’s what you can do in this section:
- Set Up New Challenges:
Easily create new challenges or quests for your organization. (For detailed instructions, see our How to Set Up a Challenge or Quest article.) - Review Past Participation:
Track engagement and participation in previous challenges, quests, and Bright Breaks weekly draws. - View Past Winners:
Access the list of past winners from various challenges to recognize and celebrate employee achievements. And remind winners to claim their prizes if they haven’t already. - Manage Gift Card Balance:
If your organization has purchased gift cards as incentives, view your current available gift card balance at the top of this tab.
🧘 Breaks Tab Overview #
The Breaks tab is where Champions can request Private Breaks—exclusive well-being sessions designed just for your team.
Use this section to:
- Book new private breaks tailored to your organization’s needs (see our Private Bright Breaks Session Menu for available options).
- View scheduled private breaks to see what’s coming up.
- Review past private breaks, including participation data to help track engagement.
👥 Members Tab Overview #
The Members tab is your central space for managing who has access to Bright Breaks at your organization.
Here’s what you can do in this section:
- Invite Members:
Add new organization members by entering their email addresses. This sends them an invitation to join Bright Breaks. - Manage Invite Status:
See each person’s status at a glance—whether they’re Active (have taken a break or joined a challenge), Signed Up, or simply Invited. You can also resend invitations if needed. - Block Former Employees:
Manually block individuals who have left your organization to prevent further access. - Track Platform Usage:
Identify who’s actively using the platform—by participating in breaks or, logging steps (for organizations with access to Step Challenges) - Whitelist Email Domains:
Allow anyone with your organization’s email domain to create an account.

🛠️ Teams Tab Overview #
Use the Teams tab to delegate responsibilities and empower team members to help drive wellness engagement across your organization.
In this section, Champions can assign roles and manage access levels for other members of their organization:
- Champion:
Has full administrative access. Champions can:
- View and edit all tabs
- Invite other Champions
- Assign roles to members
- Grant platform access
- View and edit all tabs
- Advocate:
Has limited access, focused only on engagement. Advocates can:
- Access the Challenges tab
- Create and edit challenges
- Access the Challenges tab

⭐ Reviews Tab Overview #
The Reviews tab lets you view all the feedback submitted by members of your organization at the end of their breaks.
All reviews are anonymous, so members can share their honest thoughts freely.
Use this section to gather insights into what your team enjoys, spot trends in satisfaction.
📚 Knowledge Base Tab Overview #
The Knowledge Base tab provides a direct link to Bright Breaks’ support and resource portal.
Clicking this tab will take you to helpful how-to articles, FAQs, and resources designed to help you get the most out of the platform.
