A few things to keep in mind:
- ‘Office Friendly’ means the post contains break content that members would likely feel comfortable taking part in while at their desk when surrounded by co-workers. Meaning the break doesn’t call for movement, getting out of the chair or speaking aloud if they so choose.
- By taking live and on-demand breaks, all Bright Breaks members are entered in our Weekly Draw for a chance to win gift card prizes directly from Bright Breaks, this is called out in every post.

ℹ️ Special Announcement – In Case You Missed it #
The Bright Breaks Weekly Draw has been discontinued, the last week was February 23 – 28th, 2026. Since we’ve launched this initiative 3.5 years ago, our member and customer base has evolved. It’s become clear that a few gift cards that hundreds of members have a chance to win doesn’t have the same impact it once did.
In it’s place, a leaderboard just for your organization, tracking on a monthly basis is here!
