A few things to keep in mind:
- ‘Office Friendly’ means the post contains break content that members would likely feel comfortable taking part in while at their desk when surrounded by co-workers. Meaning the break doesn’t call for movement, getting out of the chair or speaking aloud if they so choose.

Let’s shed light on emotional exhaustion. Feeling demotivated and quick to anger can be a precursor to burnout. Emotional exhaustion can sneak up on all of us when juggling competing priorities! Staying connected with loved ones and intentionally prioritizing our energy to protect our well-being are examples on how we can prevent or reduce emotional exhaustion.

Self-worth is the internal belief of being worthy of love and belonging, regardless of successes and failures. Being mindful of opportunities to grow is important, but there’s a difference between self-reflection and self-punishment.
Check in on the status of your self-worth by thinking back to the last time you made a mistake and how you treated yourself as a result. What did you say to yourself and how did you feel?
